3. Structuring a Personalized Wellness Plan
With all this information, I move on to: How can I structure a daily wellness routine based on these insights? ChatGPT assists me in breaking down my approach into structured steps, ensuring that my plan is both actionable and sustainable.
4. Checking for Interactions & Risks
Because I take prescribed medications or other supplements, I always check: Are there any known interactions or contraindications I should be aware of? This helps me identify potential risks and ensures that my wellness approach is both safe and effective.
